We Happen To Be Dancing is a project by The Borrowers – a collaboration between dance artists Sam Pardes and Orley Quick. Working their way through a careful and indulging selection of borrowed information from YouTube through processes of copying and mimicry, the duo (re)consider their relationships to dancing, authenticity and one another. Their dancing raises questions around responsibility, accessibility, and permission.
